Tous les dgs peuvent miser sur les joueurs restants dans Unsigned. Si vous bidder sur un gars que vous voulez pro,( 71 ov et plus ou si vous lui donnez 2 millions et plus)respectez votre masse vs le plafond. Chaque dg peut faire un maximum de 3 offres pour la phase 4....si vous faites plus que 3 offres, l'ensemble des offres sera rejetée.....si vous avez pas le ou les joueurs ciblés, et bien vous pourrez vous reprendre durant la saison,  lors des simules à coup de une offre par simule comme d'habitude. (il s'agit de la phase dépannage de derniere minute).

Oubliez pas, 71 ov et plus peuvent pas jouer farm, ni un joueur gagnant 2 millions et plus. Il y a un an de No-trade pour la 1ere saison du contrat. Un seul mp par dg
